Error #2032 Friend Challenge

After playing board #8 in a 14 board imps best-hand friend-challenge against ollegru, I was ejected from the table. When I tried to resume the match, I kept getting
"Table closing error #2032".
Eventually I was able to resume but half way thorough board #9 I was again ejected with
"Table closing An error has occurred".
I was able to resume and complete the challenge but feel that BBO software engineers should be made aware of this problem.

This happens once in a while to me too and has happened in the dailies as well as challenges. Logging off and on doesn't help, and while it's happening, attempting to play a different challenge usually fails too.
Normally it's just a case of waiting it out, though in the most recent case, it actually completely broke the bidding.

For now, just think of it as a transient connectivity issue, and wait it out, sorry. We've seen it before but we've never had much clarity on the cause. The error itself just means something like 'Flash detected an error when trying to use a network service', there's no meat in that sandwich and I can't tell what the actual error is.

The bidding glitch is more worrisome, though.
If you see that happen again, please post here ASAP. We have 1 day of detailed logs of the activity on the server for challenges and daylongs (these types of tournaments use a different server from the rest of BBO), so if know about it soon enough we can try to see what was happening. Apparently when the connection failed, it got out of sync regarding which action came from the player versus a bot.

Currently having a problem with 2032 right now. Can't/barely start the new MP Free daily tournament.

We were having problems with the service that hosts daylong and challenges last night. We'll be issuing refunds to anyone who paid for an entry and couldn't complete. Probably no refunds for the free daylong.
