Now I know why I like 2/1 ;)

1) 3Posted Image since I play 4 th suit as GF so I am in no hurry, and I have slam interest.

2) 3Posted Image same as above.

There may be implications in acol (4 card majors?) that I don't understand, but I going to show my shape and stregth.

First hand, I am bidding 3D. although 3H followed by 4D if given chance is ok too.

Second hand, I am bidding 4D. I like my hand in support of diamonds, why not share this good news with partner while pinpointing club shortness.

first hand i bid 3D...tough hand but 3D locates club shortness, and it is generally better to support partner.

second hand also 3D, not 4D. 4D just eats up too much space and i have a tough hand to describe to partner, so my choice will be to keep it low. Maybe partner will now bid 3 of a major, and i'll be much better placed to be in control.

Good question.

I will bid 3D with the first hand, limiting your strength and narrowing your shape.
If pd bid 3N, very likely, I will pass, reluctantly.

With the second hand, I will bid 3H. If pd bid 3N, I will rebid 4D, this implies slam interest, showing a good hand. If pd bid 4M, I will carry on to 6 or 7.

I agree.

The fact that this is Acol is hopefully irrelevant in this auction as you would have opened 1H if 4-4 in the majors. However it is an excellent practice to mention the system in use.

On both hands 2 Posted Image shows just a 4 card suit and 10+ points, in ACOL. The 4th suit force might be based on Posted Image or Posted Image support.
I agree with you totally if playing 2/1, but in ACOL I think you are better of showing that 5th Posted Image.
