:P The border lands seem to be getting a little rougher these days what with all the narcos and such. It has happened before, and it may happen again. We are going to ride it out. It will pass. If you don't like it, go back to where you came from. Whining about it is not going to help.

:P This clip is a little joke from the film school people down in the Peoples' Republic of Austin. We love those folks with all of our heart, but nonetheless, the border is getting a little rough. I am all for Miranda. The border ruffians have been around forever, and I don't think they want to mess with Fort Bliss. Until this situation settles down, some of our cherished niceties will be suspended.

But seriously. 'Miranda' is the name given to the set of 'rights' read by policemen when arresting a person. I'm almost sure that's what it refers to.
