Scoring: IMP

p-p-1-1
2-p-p-2
3-p-3-p
p-p

+100 lost imps to just about every conceivable score in the Main Bridge Club (clubs=A8xx opp J9x). Who's to blame?
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

North lost his mind, very easy raise to 3S after 3C.

North has an easy raise to 3.

However, this is a game I don't want to be in.

South can figure partner is 2551 or 2461 or an unlikely 1561. So i think he can afford to bid 3S. I would probably have bid 3S with north hand but im not so sure.
From Psych "I mean, Gus and I never see eye-to-eye on work stuff.
For instance, he doesn't like being used as a human shield when we're being shot at.
I happen to think it's a very noble way to meet one's maker, especially for a guy like him.
Bottom line is we never let that difference of opinion interfere with anything."

North should probably have bid 3 but not much blame to share here.
The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket

Even 3 is in jeopardy on this hand if the opponents lead trump.

I don't see anything wrong with +100 at IMPs.
