I *think* this contract is cold, but ATT I messed it up. This seems to be a bit of a blind spot for me.

I dont see any problems with this. You have 2 tricks in ♣, 2 in ♦, 2 in ♥ and 4 trump tricks. ♦ might even provide 3, but lets assume 2. and i dont think you even need a 3-2 break. a 4-1 break will allow the contract to succeed as well, though 5-0 might not.
