Not really, if declarer has something like A10xxx opposite KJ9 in his hand we will normally score no heart trick unless we lead the suit, obviously some slow tricks on the minors that prevent ruffing are neccesary

seems like a heart will always win when the ace of spades is under the k, as declarer is bound to finesse and i can lead a trump. Suspect they are in a 5-3 fit anway, in which case always wins if the k of spades scores.
