The explanation of 2♥ is "Limit raise or better in C; 4+C; 10-12 total points". If it's "or better", why is is limited to 12 total points? Why would WestGIB make this bid with this hand?

The explanation of 2♠ is "4+C; 21-HCP; 15-22 total points; forcing to 3N". Does the bid say anything about spades? Why does EastGIB make this bid with his balanced 12HCP?

The explanation of 3♦ is "4+C; 10-12 total points; forcing to 3N". So, it says absolutely nothing that had not been said with the 2♥ bid? Diamond stopper, maybe?

You could say West's hand is worth 10 Total points with its five card diamonds and 10's but its really stretching a point.
East's bid is totally too much (it is definitely only 13 TP) - what's 2NT- is it sign off?

What do you expect from a program where all the effort was put into simulations and very little into heuristics.
