Its seems like there are plenty of spade fragments partner can have where he isn't doubling 3♠, where we can still develop a source of tricks there.

I just cant imagine a player, who has a DBL to final 3NT, and did not DBL an artificial bid at 3 level with AQJx, do u really think he may have this ?

Ridiculous reasoning by North, anything but a ♠ seems obvious. I'd lead a ♣ because I don't think partner can have enough tricks in ♥ to Dbl.
