Game is scoring 100 pts. That is at least 3NT, 4♥, 4♠, 5♣, or 5♦.

If you mean the term, itself, it means something in rubber Bridge where the scoring was such that two "games" won meant you won the "rubber"; and then started scoring again from scratch.
In Duplicate, it just refers to the level of the contract at (or above) which we get extra points if we are successful.

Game is contracting for 100 points. The following are game contracts:
at least 3N, 4♥, 4♠, 5♣, 5♦.
Sometimes opponents "double you into game":
at least 2Nx, 2♥x, 2♠x, 3♣x, 3♦x
or even you can redouble yourself into game:
at least 1NTxx, 1♥xx, 1♠xx, 2♣xx, 2♦xx.
NT tricks are scored 40+30+30+...
major suit tricks are scored 30+30+30+...
minor suit tricks are scored 20+20+20+...
Accurate game bidding is very important in bridge. That is because slams are relatively rare (10% or less) and the game bonus is huge (300 or 500 as opposed to only 50 for partscores). So usually you have to decide whether or not your side has game values and if so, which game contract is most appropriate. But of course, it's also important to make your games once you bid them
