I would lead a low diamond, I bet dummy is short in spade.
Kind Regards

Cash the SA and decide what to switch to when dummy comes down? Not entirely sure on this one.

Double and lead a trump. I'd consider the Ace of Spades.

I think I would lead the ace of spades; partner didn't raise.
I find the bidding mildly insane, btw. Partner can have a 4-count and we bid 3NT and then doubled 4? Why?

I'd lead the A, followed by another . It appears as though RHO will want to ruff in dummy, so I'm aiming to cut down dummy's ruffing power. I don't anticipate partner having much in trumps, so I don't expect that cashing the A risks giving away a trick.

I may change my mind on seeing dummy, however.
