Is there any possible hand where no one can make 1,1,1,1, or 1 notrump, regardless of who is declarer (double-dummy play)?

Some of you of course are thinking I'm crazy, since someone has to take at least 7 tricks on any play of the hand. But the placement of the lead can of course affect how many tricks you can take.

So, is it possible? :D
