These authors are well known bridge players, and authors. This movie is a takeoff on at least two of their books about chthonic, a computer playing program that is the self-professed worlds greatest bridge player. If you liked their two books on this subject: "The Principle of Restricted Talent" and "Human Bridge Errors, volume 1 to infinity" you will no doubt like this movie as well.

This is the second of two BBO Movies (so far) by these authors. The other is "electric sheep" (see the review in this forum). This movie does a lot of character building before and during the play of two interesting bridge hands. The first is a fairly routine endplay based upon bidding clues. The second hand is an interesting defensive hand. I think it might have been better to show the East instead of the West hand for bridge lesson aspects, but for story telling, showing West was clearly better. There is no voice track or quizzes, but the hands are fairly quick. I think you could finish these movies in 10 to 12 minutes, or a little faster or slower depending on if you are doing more just reading and following the play.

I thought it was a nice presentation. I like this kind of articles with a story on the background. I couldn't give multiple votes for the level question, though.

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the 3.

Besides playing for fun, most people also like to play bridge to win

My mistake.. You can go back and vote again, I think... Everyone else will be able to give multiple votes.
