After making sure the color on the backs of his cards is the same as that on the backs of mine, I would try to guess whether pard has QXXX of spades or a void/singleton.

Might survive either case with a 3NT punt.

IMO 4♠ = 10, 4♥ = 9, 3N = 8, Guessing that partner is max with at least ♠ Qxx e.g.
