Robot declarer in non-robot tourneys

In robot tourneys the human dummy plays the cards in place of robot declarer. Good.

I should like to see this extended to non-robot tourneys where robots are permitted.

Ideally the tourney host should have the option in settings to override this. But in my opinion it should default to human declares.

My preference regarding the default setting is pretty marginal, and I don't insist on it.
