I would like to suggest an improvement.
When a player in lobby, sees this note, asking for subs: "Substitute players needed for Tourney 4545 (#4545 Teams Untitled). To play, please enter tourney and click the SUBSTITUTES button".

Instead of going a "long way" the get there, to find the tourney and such. Add to the note a direct link to the sub button for that tourney.
Will save a lot of time, and tourney TD or team TD wont have to wait so long for sub.
