Unfortunately, I don't think there is even one table of brains within 100km of here. If you relaxed the standard to half-brains, I think we might be able to drum up 2 or 3 tables.

Excluding people who don't measure up to your ideas about ability and willingness to think at the table means zero live bridge for me.

Granted, there are only about 100,000 people within 100km of here.

Most players who play RKCB learned it after first learning ordinary Blackwood, and they can easily revert. They should know better than to assume RKCB with a new partner and no discussion, especially when the partner is a novice. Even if they're pretty sure their partner plays RKCB, they still have to agree on whether they're playing 3014 or 1430.
