tag to indicate following someone in tournament

I just had a thought for an idea that might be easy to implement.

If you follow a person in a tournament, there is no visual indicator you are following them, other than if you right click on them again, it says "stop following [xxxxx]". It seems there would be an easy way to put some little tag by their name with an icon like "f" or picture of spectacles that indicates you are following them. Maybe push to future?
