Notice come up while playing Do you want to move to a new chair

    Playing Bridge live and on Line especially subbing in tournaments.

My friend (92) got an iPad and is now playing on BBO. No problems playing with robots. when she is playing with me and friends there is a problem.
While she is playing a message comes up "Doyou want to change seats" This stops her from playing until she can find the correct button to say No. This does not come up and my computer or the other two friends.
Very frustrating for her. I dd ask her son to check setting on account . They al seem fine. Does anyone have any ideas?

Are you sure that's the exact message? Could it be "Are you sure you want to leave this seat?"

If that's it, it happens if you click on your own name, as that's the way to get out of your seat while playing.
