The 4♥ bid is described as 4♥s 3+♣s yet somehow we have to play in clubs. This might be a simple fix, just change the definition of 4♦s from Cue bid -- 13+ total points; forcing to 4♠s, to Cue bid -- 13+ total points; forcing to 4♥s

4H on this auction should be a control bid not an offer to play. Because the 4D bid and definition were ridiculous to begin with, robot should have bid 3H. 4D should be something like 5+ c, 3-H, 3-S, forcing to 5C, though I suppose some (42)16 type constructions with slam ambition might deploy this in preference to neg double.
