I like Just Declare tournaments because they are a good place to practice declarer play and not have to deal with robot bidding quirks. However, it can be very frustrating to get multiple flat boards in a session because it decreases your chance of getting a good result. If I play 7 boards with a 50% on the 8th, I am less likely to score well compared to someone else who is lucky enough to not get these boards since board selection is random.

At least one easy improvement here is to remove boards like this one which let you claim the rest of the tricks as soon as you get the lead. These boards are not interesting and make me feel like I am not getting my money's worth from these tournaments.
