convention cards not available on PC Convention cards not showing, Windows 10 PC

I am able to post numerous convention cards for me and my partners using my ipad.

However, the convention card tab on my pc browser shows none of them. And I cannot create a new convention card on my pc browser. Why is this not functioning?

Windows 10 PC, problem with both Chrome and Windows Edge browsers.
