Bottom of the class Hearts

This hand comes from an ACBLthree robot IMP's tournament. Best-hand, human declares etc 39 people playing. Thirty-seven of us ended up in 3 or 4 hearts, one person was in 2 hearts, and at one table West played in 4 Spades.

What struck me as interesting was the Declarer play need to make nine tricks. See what you think.
Thiis is what happened at my Table. I went for -3 and -4 IMP's. The clever people stopped at 3H making. Here's the solved hand.

♣J was led at my table, but it makes nine tricks in hearts from North or South after any lead.
