More Options for TDs to deal with kiebitzers

As a TD it would be great to have more options to give different "rights" /optionsregarding kiebitzers of a tourney. e.g. that everyone sitting on a table has to accept kiebitzers and /or that a kiebietzer is only able to see the cards of the person he/she is 'joining'. Maybe that could prevent self-kiebitzing and checking for as well partners as opponents distribitions.

It might limit self-kibitzing, but not prevent it as one can always 'join' ones partner when on defence (50% of the time).

The only real solution is to turn off kibitzing until BBO gets round to implementing a time-delay.
