this one sounds quite fun,

i choose defence on both 5D and 4H, and choose both heart lead.

5D) Cute. You need to ruff a club. However if you lead a club from dummy, lefty has 2 entries to lead trumps. To prevent this you need to cross to hand with a major and lead a club up to prevent lho from having 2 entries. So, making? Not quite... whichever major you cross in (say hearts, best) lho can win the club and lead back that major. rho can win the next club and lead a heart, you must ruff high promoting the 9 of diamonds. A major suit squeeze came to mind, but dummy is pitching before rho. I vote defend.
