I have a hand in my hand history that I would like to put in a BBO Forum post.
I can export the tinyurl, but how do I save the hand in a LIN file so I can get it on the forum?

Open the tinyurl in a browser tab so that it expands and then copy the complete link.

Then put '{hv=' in front of it and }400|300| at the end - you have to use square braces not curly braces.
Afterwards add {/hv} - but with square brackets.

If you want words here add them after the 300 bit.

If you hit reply to the post above you'll see it expanded - should be clearer.

And if you try halving 400 or 300 or both, you'll figure out how they work and why they shouldn't be usually be any bigger than that (although the defaults of the built in hand diagram tool are rather low and worth increasing slightly after insertion in a post).
