Problems while directing tournament

I was directing a tournament on Sunday Evening (8th September) "Carlton Sunday Pairs" and a difficulties from time to time seeing the tables. On one occasion I got the error message "No tebles found" on another occasion the error message was "Internal error. Could not connect to database. Try again leter" I am running on the latest Chrome Browser on a PC running Windows. This is the first time I have had a problem whilst directing - it was very disconcerting.
