LHO finds the right lead

Sectional Swiss today. You hold

Two passes to you, so you open 1♠. Partner bids 2♣ Drury. It's a first time partnership, and you haven't discussed Drury followups, so you just bid 4♠. (Opps pass throughout.)

Partner shows up with

♠JTx ♥KJx ♦xx ♣AJ9xx

LHO starts off with AK♠ and a third spade. RHO plays one spade and doesn't give you any information (and I don't remember what he discarded anyway).

LHO is a Grand Life Master, and I don't know RHO, but he seems very good. Which of the options for the tenth trick do you go for (noting there are ways to try more than one)?
