I may be getting caught up in terminology, I need some clarification, please.

1:1
2 is a reverse

3 is a jump reverse (2C opening but 2 suited)

is a jump shift

I play a strong reverse (18+) and leb/reverse so for me, all these sequences are gf unless partner applies the emergency 2n brake

No, this is a "jump shift". Game forcing, could be 2c opening strength but also includes a lot of sub-2c strength hands (~19 HCP, some very good 18s).

A "jump reverse" is something like 1C-1S-3H. Where one level lower would just be a reverse. This is often used as some sort of raise, often splinter, may or not be played as GF.

The usual agreements playing 2/1, is that jump shifts are played as GF, and there is no "lebensohl" or way for responder to put on brakes and stop short of game. You just bid as naturally as possible. Opener will assume responder is minimum unless responder jumps or cue-bids, responder is usually responsible for making slam invites or driving beyond game. The idea is lebensohl is less necessary because opener's range is stronger and narrower. Opener is approx 19-21 most of the time, (stronger would usually open 2c), unlike after reverse where it's more like 16-21, and there are much more responder hands that would like to stop in partial.

Thanks, I vow to stay away from "convention" names and do better at describing the bid
