I see 8 clubs

After 2D by partner, I don't think they have 8 hearts.

I rebid my 8 card club suit.

I think the easier auction here is
1 - 2 or balanced
2 min? - 4 3 choice of slams
but it all depends how you structure the bids.

I am not sure I have an easy way to check for all the cards so am going simple with RKCB to ask for aces and queen of hearts
I know I could possibly miss 7 hearts - but could stop in 5 :)

This is not an easy hand to bid at all.

For me East has shown 5(+), 4 and 3(+) - so 3=5=4=1, 4=5=4=0 or 3=6=4=0 (with 3=5=5=0 rebid 3). Despite this I think I would have chosen to conceal the heart support and set clubs as trumps. We have a very strong hand in support of clubs and a decent one in support of hearts, but it'll likely be tough to establish the clubs and draw the trumps and have an entry to our good clubs in a heart contract. I'm not sure whether we should be aiming for slam, or if we do, whether 6 is a good goal.

Any idea what the probability is of opener having 6+ when you have 8?

We alert and give full explanation. Isn't it standard yet?
As for others, anything is possible :)

The devil is in the detail.
I would interpret the auction exactly as Davidkok, but draw the opposite conclusion, at least at MP...
I think we have a good chance of establishing the clubs and are set for a higher score in hearts.

Over 3c partner might bid 5NT pick a slam

Probably 6h. Might play better from partners side
