I standard methods, pass is forcing and shows either a GF hand or a hand willing to respect p's penalty double of 2♠. Hence you cannot pass with this hand, you have to bid 3♣.

After partner's redouble, it would be normal to play pass as forcing at the one-level. However, after a jump on your right, I would expect pass not to be forcing.
Be that as it may, you seem to have an easy 3♣ bid: you have extra clubs, and you aren't interesting in defending.
