Are all weak NT's opened 1 or are we simply playing 5542?

I wonder if it makes sense to bid 3 and then 4 next time (if p bids 3NT for example).

3H is completely normal and not sick at all. You have to get your suits in, and you could easily be cold for game opposite a weak NT hand type, and it is entirely possible LHO is about to bid something and we want to get our suit in. I consider this a non problem.

It makes sense if there is a next time :P
