If I'm not mistaken, you play french standard. You should bid the artificial 2NT (coup d'arret) and bid pass/3D over pard's 3D/3C response.

A direct 3D or 4D would show a hand with slam interest.

Any of four games could be right, so just make a forcing but ambiguous as to strength 2 bid to show the fifth spade. Partners rebid will clarify the position.

If he has a minimum reverse with nothing in the black suits he will rebid 3 and you can raise

If he has a double club stopper he will rebid in NT and after a diamond raise will rebid NT

More rarely he will rebid hearts and you play in that game.

And probably most unlikely given your club shortage you can get to spades.

Anytime opener has a better than minimum reverse with plenty of aces you might make slam, but he will know when he has a good hand, concentrate on getting to the right game.

Note in all these examples what a great card that Q is, don't stop short of game.

partner will bid 3 over 3 with 3 cards, don't think rebidding 5 card suits automatically is a good tactic. 3 is a better descrption and doesn't preclude spades at all.

if you play 2NT as a weak response I think it is a good moment to use it as Nuno said.
