Easy 4S. You have a couple of high cards, so it's unlikely pard is doubling with 18+ (in which case he need not have spades). Opposite a min take out dbl, you want to play 4S so you should bid that.

normally bid 4M with 6 cards opposite take out double, this doesn't look like an exception.

Sure 4 can work out badly when partner is off shape with a strong minor and I am not a fan of the extreme heart length but 4 just has to be the percentage action.

Do I have a C-void with 5+S bid available.
That could get partner to see a well-controlled
double fit. Often just blabber,
but just maybe a perfecto slam.
