Help
I have a very fast internet connection and a fast computer, but nevertheless I find the robots very slow in tournaments, they even stop working now and then and take short breaks when time is so important to get a good result. This is extreme in the web version of BBO but robots just stopping also happens frequently in the BBO programme. Very frustrating!

Except for the times when robot servers has problems, how slow are you talking about?
When robot server has issues, a more experienced player can really tell the difference. Otherwise it's usually acceptably fast. Much faster than any humans usually.
Also, everyone gets the same robots, so your speed is the speed your oppos get.

I have the same problem when playing with rented GIB and when I play robot tournaments.
At times, GIB simply stops playing for an extended period, these problems have been raised before.
