LHO leads ♦T and when you ask it shows 0 or 2 higher cards.
He has either: Tx or AJT(xx)
A diamond lead was very likely after this bidding. What do you play LHO for?

In a vacuum, looks like RHO has 13 open spaces and LHO has 12, so more likely that RHO has 4 cards to LHO's 1 than vice versa.

edit: this is what I get for misreading the problem so early in the morning. The above is nonsense. I'll think more about it.

IMO, you should win ♦K. If you've misguessed, you may go one down.
But were LHO dealt ♦ AJTx and had you had risen with ♦Q, then you could go two down.

West had ♦AJTx
In fact North had Q753, that lowers the chance for 2 down when playing ♦Q.
I played the Queen from dummy and did go -1.
Seems like a guess, but maybe it is slightly better to let it run to the ♦K. Because West could have started ♠ with ♦Tx
