Robot gives human a choice between 6NT and 6H; human chooses 7H.

Maybe the East Robot was not as smart as the North Robot, or was afraid there might be 13 tricks in 7NT outside hearts and he was not going to be on lead.

Don't understand 7H at all. Are you sure Nth wasn't the human and South the robot?

Yeah, different humans made different bids over 5N. Clearly, the 7H also confused the system, since the explanation is 24- HCP and 29+ total points, which shouldn't be possible for a hand that bid 2N.

Actually, East was the smart one. He figured foregoing the extra 50 he would get on this deal would encourage more grands missing the trump Ace because they know he won't double.

No, I think someone told East he shouldn't double a grand holding an ace, because he will forget to play it anyway, and they forgot to mention that the trump ace is a special case because you can't fail to take that one.

had one like that last week playing with a friend against the bots
i forgot to count with my toes using gerber and bid a grand missing an ace, one gib doubled and
the other found the right lead, there could have been 13 tricks available with out that lead but
would have required a deep finesse for a jack initially. so who knows what they do....the GIB
definitely make it seem a like a duplicate game against a bunch of little old blue haired ladies from
the senventies.
