After 3 I want to play a game of course. But 3 and 4 apparently both show that I was dealt 14 cards, and 3 and 3 are nonforcing. What am I supposed to bid?

I would have thought that CHO knows which is your suit, so 3 would be to sign off in 3M, 4 would be to play 4M, and 4m would have been to show a huge hand. It's bizarre that you have 14 cards.

GIB obviously plays the popular convention that (1)-1* shows 13 cards, so if you overcall something else you must have either 12 or 14.
