Considering that one of the options was double, i am assuming that RHO opened 1♠.

I would bid 2♣, but only because my hearts are so bad. With the same shape and AQx of hearts and KTxxx of clubs, I would double.

Over 1♠ an obvious double, I think 2♣ is really bad. However, if my hearts were xxx and my clubs AKQTx, I would bid 2♣.
