Simple competitive bidding question

♠ 8 7 6 4 3
♥ 3
♦ K 9 6
♣ 10 9 8 5
The bidding begins:
Pass - (1♦) - 1NT (15-17) - (2♥) - ?
(2♥ is apparently not forcing.)
Would you bid (or transfer to) 2♠?

I would bid 2♠, but I consider this a minimum for the call. I really like my stiff heart and the colors are right.

Same here.

And 2H is not forcing, the logic being that with a good enough hand to make a forcing call here, you could just ax 1N. Plus, with nearly 30 points accounted for in two of the hands, you're more likely to hold a hand that wants to bid a NF 2H than a F 2H.

Next time I'll be more aggressive.

2H NF is standard here btw, with a strong hand you double 1NT.

I added that note not because I wasn't sure what was standard, but because I wasn't sure how my opponents were playing it. Nor was I convinced that they were sure.
