Auction goes:

What do you expect partner to have here? If it matters, you play a very liberal multi for weak 2s and 2M is muiderberg (5M, 4+m)
I would post the doubler's hand, but that might end up being a bit "look at your hand and decide" kind of thing. That, and I really didn't like the subsequent bid with that hand.

I would expect partner to have a void in clubs and major suits. It may be that he will clarify what he holds after you bid.
For now, I would just make the most descriptive bid possible on the assumption that partner has at least 9 (probably 10) major suit cards and a void in clubs.

Strangely, although this does sound like a void in clubs and both majors, it probably makes more sense (or would be more useful) as a void in diamonds and both majors.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."

Unless the 5♣ bidder had too many cocktails or missounted HCP when he passed this sure sounds like a max pass and a ♣ void that is quite S.I.
