Favorable at IMPs. Thanks in advance.

I like 4♥ - 7-8 losers and an 8-9 card fit opposite a 6-loser hand (9 SPs).

p 3h bid should be considered a "super accept" (some pairs
play x as a super accept with 3 hearts and a direct bid of 3h to
show 4 or even 5 hearts). The concept was designed to get to
game when responder had around 7 points and would not be
strong enough to invite themselves.
You have 6 hcp admitedly all queens ugh but your singleton
lends some cheer to your hand so bidding 4h is the best bet
here.

I have to think that the ops have the spade suit locked up with all that vul vs not bidding on at most 18 HCP.
When I give partner a random 15 count outside of spades, and 3-4 hearts, it appears that we have decent play for game (thanks for giving me all those spots in my secondary suit). And partner would not be competing with both a minimum number of HCP and a minimum number of hearts. 4H for me.

I think 4♥ is totally clear even at matchpoints. We have a fit and partner's values are probably not wasted in spades.

As opener I would want to bid over 2♠ with a lot of hands with four hearts, even if I didn't have a max in terms of HCP. I would have thought that 3♥ tends to show a min, with 2NT or a natural-ish 3♣/3♦ for hands with more game interest.
xxx AKxx Axx Axx is a super prime minimum, how badly do we want to be in game opposite this hand? Am I missing something?

I would certainly bid 4H at IMPs. I would be a little more wary at MPs.

Yeh, this time when I retransfer them to 4♠, they might not make.

The "super prime minimum" fits worse than you think. Change one of the minors to KJx instead of Axx. Or give him Kx of a minor.

There were a lot of ways for east to go wrong, both in the bidding and on lead. Here east did everything right, so she got what she deserved.
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.
