Imps scoring. Which contract would you want to play, and how do you bid these hands?

6♦ is clearly where I'd want to be. 7 will have some chances, especially on a non-diamond lead, but 6 is a pretty good contract.
With N the declarer:
1♣ - 1♠: forcing art; gf, 8+ hcp, 2+ ctls, balanced (4333 or 4432) or both reds
1nt - 2♣: relay; both reds
2♦ - 2nt: relay; short spades 5+♥,4♦
3♣ - 3♦: relay; 1=5=4=3
4♣ - 4nt: Key card in ♦; 2+♦Q
5♣ - 6♦: K-ask; none (possibly should answer 6♣ to show ♣Q assuming 5nt is the ♣K, and maybe should have some meaning for 5♦ too)
pass
With S the declarer:
1♥ - 1♠: natural, limited to 15; natural F1
2♣ - 2♦: either natural of good 13+ hands; art 11+ game force unless opposite weak hand with ♥ and ♣
2♠ - 2nt: reveals good hand and game force and forces 2nt; required
3♦ - 4♦?: 4 card diamonds and 13-15 points plus 5♥; agreeing diamonds and searching for slam to skip nt and not bid 5♦
4nt? - 6♦?: cue for ♥; slam
I'm not sure. I think N wants to put it in 6♦ if you know partner is 5♥4♦ and 13-15 points. Ideally N wants to keycard but not sure we can in this auction (because 4♥ would be keycard for diamonds). I think 4♥ should still be keycard for diamonds because hearts could be set with 3♥ since we are in a game force, but it hasn't come up enough such that I'd be a little nervous.
