Recently I have found (so it seems) players entering team games, playing 2 boards and leaving, or they get a dumb result after 3 or 4 hands and leave. The internet dropped me is becoming a lame excuse. I hope BBO can develop some way to discover who those players are so you can avoid sitting them in a team.

make them enemies and put in player notes why you are making them enemies:))
