Thanks. Not bad I got you by bidding 3 games, but in rest it was even (16 boards, IMPs, random hands). I played it fair, no crazy GIB stuff, just human bridge:

Anyone who is new to these boards is probably thinking "Whatever happened to this nice friendly game called
'Bridge'(?) Is it no wonder nobody wants to take up the game if they have to face the sort of bullying and harassment
I've had to undergo????
Well get this, since none of you own this site, you have no control what is said on it. As a patron,I have every right to
say what I want to. Anyone who disagrees with it can just ignore it as though it were invisible.
You start a deliberately provocative thread, and then complain that bridge is not "friendly"?
And since when was bridge ever really considered friendly? I thought Zero Tolerance was a direct reaction to the fact that duplicate bridge had become very unfriendly. And that was something like 15-20 years ago.

It is a 2 table match between 2 individuals. 2 humans sit South. 6 robots occupy the other seats. Everyone plays robot system.
Challenger sets number of hands and type of scoring.
MP is a bit weird because there is only one comparison for each hand. Effectively point-a board.
Not sure whether robots in play are basic or advanced. But you are not paying for them so basic seems likely. Perhaps Barmar can clarify? I have seen this asked before but missed the answer if there was one.
Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mstr-mnding) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

For answer I quote from a classic bridge book :-
" Why is it,Master Robert, that you humans so often hold disagreeable post mortems? You sit down to play
a game as part of your social life. In many cases the players are friends, and in others club acquaintances
who are at least supposed to be friendly. Yet how often you say cruel, hurtful, bitter things to each other when all
you are doing is discussing the technique of a sport. In other sports, golfers, chess players, footballers and anglers
talk vigorously about their exploits-sometimes not too truthfully. But they hardly ever allow their debates to become
acrimonious and seldom express themselves rudely or bitingly. Discussions of bidding and play can be of enthralling
interest, and things of sheer intellectual delight can be discovered that way. Why,then, don't you humans just enjoy them,
without so frequently making them accusatory, quarrelsome, and sometimes even the occasion for a broken friendship?
Why is it,Master Robert?"

Weird. So if you challenge someone you can't play the boards first? Because if its an open challenge you can play the boards first.

For a friend challenge, there's little point in playing the boards if the friend might decline the challenge, so we wait for acceptance. But for arena challenges, we assume that eventually someone will accept, so there's no reason to wait.

The point of playing the challenge before the friend accepts is that you are done faster. If I know my friend and know that he/she will accept, it would save time for both of us. You should at least allow the challenger to decide themselves.

I kept inviting a friend, he never accepted. I think because he still uses the old version of BBO, so never saw the invitations.

I'd be worried about people
1. generating challenge
2. Playing some boards
3. getting a bad score
4. canceling the challenge
All before the challenge notices what's up
