The robots generally don't defend very well against psyches. I don't think working out how to bid a 23 count when one opp has opened 2C is high on its priority list.

these are basic robots, in the challenges, right? I haven't heard anything official from BBO yet. It would be nice to have some transparency /tinfoilhat

They are basic bots yes, all bots in free areas are basic robots. I thought barry already answered, sorry. No conspiracy lol (or at least they didn't tell me about it!)

I have said this before, but here's another example. If basic GIBs can't manage to take 12 tricks on this hand, they should be retired. Some posters have said that it may be significantly cheaper for BBO to run the basic robots, but I haven't heard anyone from BBO confirm that.
