5♦ seems a little rich to me since it shows 19-20 total points and your heart honors are in front of the Michael's bidder.

Keep calm and keep calm, in fact many people never study Gib CC, never understand Gib system.
I thought this issue is a old matter which the Gib programmers forgot to fix, however my evidences would prove they basically fixed it, only don't know why they don't change its definitions.
- Now let's see normal Gib sequence.
4♦ says " 3+♣,3+♦,11-21hcp,12-22TPs."
From the perspective of east Gib, east Gib would regard 4♦ as "3+♣,3+♦,11-14hcp,12-14TPs.", minimum hand. If really so, I think such definition is correct.
- Now see you hand.
5♦ says "3+♣,3+♦, 19-20TPs". I think such definition is correct.
Now there is a serious problem on Gib CC, how to show 15-18TPs?
I think it over and over, eventually I fortunately find its answer to this problem.
Result :3♠Sx-3
Doule says " 3+♣,14-21hcp,15-22TPs,forcing ".
From the perspective of east Gib, east Gib would regard this double as " 3+♣,14-18hcp,15-18TPs,forcing".
So it would confirm the definitions of many bids are not changed timely.
Stephen Tu, come on and see how about my points?

It can't be right to have a gap between 4d and 5d covered with a double. That's nuts. 4d should show more than just 3cd support and a 12 count. You can pass with those. I'd have 4d show maybe 14-17, 5d 18+.
Double covers 15+ hands that don't have such good support. Usu 18-19 no spade stopper or good hands with clubs that want to give partner a chance to bid 3nt.

Isn't the real point to this hand that E should DOUBLE the Michaels bid instead of emphasizing the very weak D suit?. I partner can double H - as he could here - you are carting them out. And E knows what to do when the opps pick Spades.
Yes on the actual auction 5D is a big overbid.

yes 5D is a bid of a gamble, but as many very good people have pointed out on these hands,
it is impossible to know how good this hand is. Why should it make exactly 4 ?
Robot has already announced his values with 2S, and 8 points of his 10+ advertised
points are worthless.

You aren't playing with a good human player, you are playing with GIB. This auction is similar to those auctions where you bid a game based on partner having some good tickets but GIB thinks you have 25-30 points and raises you to slam with a miserable 6-7 points that are at the bottom of the range you were hoping for.
Nobody is saying it will only make 4. With GIB, you take your chances. Bid 4♦ and maybe play a partscore making game when GIB doesn't raise, or bid 5♦ and see GIB raise you to an unmakable slam. This is one of the headaches you get when playing with GIB.
