the double of 2C is described as a "takeout double" with biddable clubs.
Ok... It is not a takeout double, it is a penalty double of 2C.

And 4♠ also says " 16+HCP, strong rebiddable ♠,16-TPs ".
Is it a possible matter?

No double, no trouble.
That's to say most strange matters will began to take place after doubling in the interference sequences.

"No double no trouble" tends to be used when the contract declared isn't doubled. FWIW I prefer to play this double as a takeout double, of hearts.

Why is Gib making a lead directional double? Doesn't Gib knows it doesn't listen to such doubles when deciding it's own lead! So why bother!? lol
