Board 11, bot doubled 6nt with 2 aces, gets in and didn't cash them.
Is this still not fixed?

I think the bug that was fixed at year or two ago was when it doubled 7NT and didn't cash its ace on opening lead.

AFAIK, challenge events use the basic bots, not the advanced bots. Basic bots frequently do inexplicably bad bids and plays, above and beyond the inexplicable bad bids and plays that the advanced robots execute.

Bbo upgraded bots for friend challenges for the forum event.

Yes but that simply means the robots are of the advanced type, it's not equivalent to a gib upgrade. If bots will fail to X and cash out in a tourney, they'll have the same bug in the BBF event friend challenges.

Yeah, a previous message says this is because of basic bots.
I vaguely remembered someone raised the exactly same bug before and it was being fixed.

Jdonn replied that it would be a good idea to add a fix, but this is a fairly recent report, there was no GIB upgrade released since. Hopefully it will be fixed but I do not know if it's included for the next upgrade.
