Bidding based on a random number generator.

Not so much random number generator but rules authors who weren't consistent. It wants 18+HCP to rebid 3nt instead of 3D. So it got trapped by whatever rule forced it to bid 2d instead of 1d in the first place, and had no matching bid at its 2nd turn. So it needs to either relax rule about rebid 3nt, or put additional rules so that it doesn't bid 2d to begin with and just bids 1d (my preference, also it's daft that it's using stiff C to get up to the 17+ total points to jump shift). 2d then 3nt might be OK with something more like AJx KQ AQJxxxx x?

2 is a typical GIB bid. Nobody but the programmers know why it chose this awful bid, and even they might not know for sure. Short on HCP, terrible suit for a jump shift, no support for opener's suit. A trifecta of disqualifying reasons not to jump shift.

1 followed by 4th suit forcing or or other game forcing rebid depending on opener's rebid would be the choice of 99%+ experts in a bidding poll.

Begs the question if there were any experts consulted when building the bidding database. Soloway jump shifts and follow-up is well characterized thus this is horrendous.
jdonn says it is impossible but I still feel a wrapper is needed. If the blurb does not match the cards re-simulate.

Soloway Jump Shifts in Gibberish are:

1. Strong rebiddable suit, 17+ total points, 4+ controls (A=2, K=1), no side 4-card suit
2. Solid suit, 17+ total points, 4+ controls, may have a side 4-card suit
3. Rebiddable suit, 18+ HCP, 4+ controls, 5332 or 6322 shape.
4. Rebiddable suit, 17+ total points, 4+ controls, 4-card support for opener's suit

2 is out, no solid suit
3 is out, only 15 HCP
4 is out, singleton in opener's suit

So the question on #1 is "Strong rebiddable suit".

It's certainly a long rebiddable suit, but strong? Maybe if it was a 9 or 10 card suit headed by A10 but only a 7 card suit? You don't have to be an expert so see that A10 7th is not a strong suit.

Also johnu it promises a SOLID suit. I could have jumped to slam assuming that.
