Locked in a loop

Is it possible to be locked in a kind of loop? Each I try to log in the link bridgebase.com/v3/ appears and I can go no further. This happens when I try to log on from the main page. there is a padlock in front of the lik. Is this significant? Can I get rid of it?

The padlock means it's an encrypted connection, that's normal for most websites these days.

We were having server problems this morning, they've been resolved.
